Cancellation prior to December 1st will incur a $150 application fee. Cancellation from December 1st until March 1st will result in a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation from March 1st through May 1st will result in a $500 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations after May 1st or for campers leaving early during camp season.
